ORI Help Desk

The ORI Help Desk offers limited immigration legal assistance and consultations with an attorney, with full legal representation in select cases. Eligible callers must live in Massachusetts and be an immigrant, refugee, or family member with an immigration legal question. They must also currently or previously hold TPS status, be applying for Emergency Assistance (EA) shelter, receive HomeBASE, or currently live (or have lived in the last 12 months) in EA shelter.
